Arsenic-built bacteria

One of the major components in DNA of any organism is phosphorus, until now. NASA discovered new bacteria that have arsenic, a toxic chemical, as building block for cell membranes, proteins, and even DNA. (This reminds me of the movie Evolution.) As usual, here is the scientific article.
